Any person may work on Sunday at his own or at any other occupation, or may employ any person, in work or business, whether for profit or amusement. However, no person engaged in a retail business under the provisions of this chapter, and not exempt under state law, shall be open to the public between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and noon on any Sunday.
