§ 34.01 SALARIES.
   (A)   The salary for the mayor is fixed at the sum of $7,200 per year, effective January 1, 1980.
   (B)   The salary for each councilman is fixed at the sum of $3,000 per year, effective January 1, 1980.
   (C)   All salaries payable in this section shall be due and payable on the last day of each calendar month for which the salary is due.
