§ 33.03 USE OF ANNUAL COUNTY ASSESSMENT FOR REAL ESTATE SITUATED IN CITY.
   The city does elect to use the annual county assessment for property situated within the city as a basis for ad valorem tax levies ordered or approved by the city council on or after January 1, 1982.
