(A) No person shall be in any park during the hours the park is closed.
(B) The following parks are closed from sundown to sunrise, except for city approved and scheduled events:
(1) Brown Park.
(2) Warwick Villa Park.
(3) Draut Park.
(4) Community Park.
(5) Holzheimer Park.
(C) Any person violating any provision of this section shall be fined not less than $15 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
