(A) The office of safety inspector of the city is created. It shall be the duty of the safety inspector to enforce the provisions of these standards of safety. He shall have authority to enter all buildings and premises, at reasonable times, within the city for the purpose of inspection to determine whether the standards of safety are met.
(B) A copy of the standards of safety shall be kept on file in the office of the city clerk at all times.
