The city may allow structures to be located on city right-of-way, but only if the city determines that allowing the structure is appropriate, safe and in compliance with the City of St. Matthews Public Works and Assets Policy. Any structure to be allowed to remain in the City of St. Matthews right-of-way, must be subject to an approved license agreement between the City of St. Matthews and the entity asking for permission to use the right-of-way.
