§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating the provisions of § 91.07 shall be deemed guilty of a Class A misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500, or be imprisoned for not less than 90 days nor more than one year or both so fined and imprisoned.
   (B)   Any person violating the remaining sections of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $250 or be imprisoned for not more than 90 days or both so fined and imprisoned. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
