§ 91.06 IMPOUNDING.

Any dog found in violation of this chapter or in violation of Jefferson County Ordinance No. 4, Series 1984, as amended, may be detained by a police officer and impounded in the Jefferson County Animal Shelter as provided in said Jefferson County Ordinance No. 4, Series 1984, as amended.
