§ 78.44 PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON MASSIE AVENUE.

(A) “NO PARKING” signs shall be installed specifying no parking on both sides of Massie Avenue from 4067 to 4077 Massie Avenue in accordance with city Ordinance 98-04 and other applicable ordinances and statutes.

(B) No parking shall be enforced pursuant to the provisions of Ordinances 98-04, 98-05, 98-06 and 98-09 and KRS 189.450.
