§ 78.25 USE OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON MCARTHUR DRIVE.
   (A)   Parking of motor vehicles on McArthur Drive, from Shelbyville Road northward to Taggart Drive, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., is prohibited.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to service vehicles while making deliveries or loading or unloading.
   (C)   This section shall to apply to the parking of vehicles in a space off the paved portion of the street which has been provided by the abutting property owner if the abutting property owner consents to the parking.
