§ 78.24 PARKING ON WESTPORT ROAD FOR LOUISVILLE AND NASHVILLE RAILROAD COMPANY EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   Patrons, or their agents, of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company are authorized to park their motor vehicles, without charge, along that portion of Westport Road hereinafter described, while loading or unloading railroad cars on side track designated by the company as track no. 12.
   (B)   The portion of Westport Road along which parking is authorized shall be that portion beginning at the intersection of St. Matthews Avenue with the southerly right-of-way of the railroad, and thence extending westwardly 500 feet, more or less, to the western terminal of track no. 12 after the removal of 476.5 feet of the westerly end of the track as it now exists, and as provided in contract between the city and the company.
   (C)   Parking of other motor vehicles on the area is prohibited.
