Vehicular traffic on the driveway from Thierman Lane to city hall, and on the driveway from Ledyard Road to city hall, is regulated as follows.
(A) The use of the 2 driveways as a through street by persons operating motor vehicles is prohibited.
(B) The use of motor vehicles on the 2 driveways is limited to city personnel and to members of the public incidental to the transaction of business with the city.
