§ 78.21 USE OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON FRANKFORT AVENUE.
   The use of motor vehicles on the north side of Frankfort Avenue between Chenoweth Lane and St. Matthews Avenue and on the south side of the street between Breckenridge Lane and Meridian Avenue shall be regulated as follows.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park a motor vehicle or to stop a motor vehicle, except to load or unload passengers, on the north side of the 3900 block of Frankfort Avenue between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., and between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., except on Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful to park a motor vehicle on the north side of the street continuously for longer than one hour between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., except on Sundays.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to park a motor vehicle for longer than two hours continuous time on Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and on Saturday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., on the south side of Frankfort Avenue (a/k/a Shelbyville Road) between Breckenridge Lane and Meridian Avenue.

   (E)   The areas which may be used for parking motor vehicles on the street shall be in accordance with lines made and signs erected and maintained by the city police department and which shall be in such manner as will permit parking without any interference with the use of crosswalks, driveways, alleys, spaces designated as taxicab stands, or bus stops.
   (F)   It shall be unlawful to park a motor vehicle at any time on the street within a crosswalk, space designated as a taxicab stand, bus stop, or in any manner which will block or interfere with the use of any driveway or alley.
   (G)   It shall be unlawful for an eastbound motor vehicle on the street to make a left turn onto Chenoweth Lane, and for a westbound motor vehicle on the street to make a left turn onto Breckenridge Lane.
