§ 75.13 TRUCKS AND TRAILERS OWNED BY GOVERNMENTAL UNITS; REGULATIONS.
   Sections 70.06, 71.33, 75.03 through 75.05, and 75.07 through 75.09 shall not apply to motor trucks, semitrailer trucks or trailers owned by the United States, the state, or any agency of them, or any county.
