§ 73.02 TRAFFIC CODE PROVISIONS APPLICABLE.
   The provisions of this traffic code governing the operation of motor vehicles upon the streets of the city shall apply to the operation of motorcycles and bicycles on the streets of the city except where the provisions by their nature are inapplicable.
