(A) Any person, entity, or business aggrieved by the denial, suspension, or revocation of a license or permit under this chapter shall have the right to appeal to the Mayor of the City of St. Matthews within seven business days of receipt of said notice of denial, suspension, or revocation. The notice of appeal must be written with basis for said appeal.
(B) Upon receipt of an appeal, the Mayor shall schedule a time and date within 30 calendar days for the appeal to be heard.
