(A) An officer, employee, or municipal candidate may not request, or authorized anyone else to request, that any subordinate or potential future subordinate participate, or not participate, in any political activity, including the making of a campaign contribution.
(B) An officer, employee, or municipal candidate may not engage in any political activity for the city, while on duty, or in uniform, using city funds, supplies, vehicles, or facilities, in uniform, or during any period of time during which he or she is normally expected perform services for the city, for which compensation is paid.
