921.99 PENALTY.

(a) Any person who fails to perform such duty imposed upon him by Section 921.01 or 921.02 for more than five days after such person has been notified of a violation of this article shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).

(b) Each day such failure shall continue after such notice shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
