779.06 COLLECTION OF FEES AND PENALTIES.

The City, acting by and through its proper officials, may proceed by action, suit, attachment or any other appropriate remedy provided by law, to collect the charges, fees and penalties herein provided in the event of delinquency in the payment thereof by the user.
