A certificate of public liability insurance which names the City as a coinsured party shall accompany each application for a permit. Coverage shall be in the amount of at least two hundred fifty thousand/five hundred thousand dollars ($250, 000/500,000) bodily injury or at least five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) property damage or one million dollars ($1,000,000) single limit. Such insurance shall be maintained in full force and effect during the term of operations in the City. Perils insured to include: premises/operations; explosion/ collapse hazard; underground hazard; products/completed-operations hazards; broad form property damage; independent contractors.
