1327.08 MINIMUM MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENT.

The owner of a historic structure or any structure within the Preservation District, if such structure is vacant and uninhabited, shall provide sufficient maintenance and upkeep for such structure to ensure it perpetuation and to prevent its destruction by deterioration.
