1333.03 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.

(a) When the Director of Public Service and Safety is satisfied that all requirements and conditions of this chapter have been met, he shall issue a permit.

(b) The Director shall have the right to revoke the permit in the event conditions of this chapter have been violated and he shall collect from the permit holder such sum or sums of money owed the City for all expenses incurred, together with all damages arising therefrom.
