   921.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter except for Section 921.11(c) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (b)    Whoever violates Section 921.11(c) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (c)    Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
