3-1-8: PENALTY:

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined in accordance with section 1-4-1 of this code. Each solicitation or offer to sell in violation of this chapter shall be considered a separate violation for the purposes of this chapter. (Ord. 2015-6, 10-13-2015)
