Any person convicted of a violation of any section of this code shall be deemed guilty of petty offense and fined in a sum not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), excepting any specific section of this code wherein the maximum fine is limited to a lesser amount. Any continuing violation that occurs over a period of more than one day shall be considered a separate violation for each day the violation occurs or continues. (2005 Code)
