§ 73.12 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a civil infraction. The fine schedule for any such violation is:
 
First offense
$10
Second offense
$25
Third offense
$50
 
   (B)   An offense is a second or subsequent offense if it occurs within the same calendar year as the first offense.
   (C)   This penalty provision can be used separately or in conjunction with the impoundment of a bicycle as provided by § 73.08.
