§ 73.06 RIDING ON SIDEWALKS; LIMITATIONS; PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   Whenever any person is riding a bicycle upon a sidewalk, such person shall yield the right-of- way to any pedestrian and shall give audible signals before overtaking and passing such pedestrian.
   (B)   No person shall ride any bicycle on the sidewalks parallel to the streets in the following designated areas:
      (1)   Clinton Avenue between State Street (M-21) and Railroad Street (the Downtown Business District);
      (2)   State Street (M-21), Walker, Higham and Railroad Streets between Spring and Brush Streets; and
      (3)   Maple Street and Linden Street between Cass Street and State Street (M-21).
   (C)   No person shall ride any bicycle on or through:
      (1)   Any municipally-owned parking facilities, stairs and ramps within the city owned by, or located upon property owned by the city and/or the county.
      (2)   The Clinton County Veterans’ Memorial located on Clinton Avenue.
