§ 53.45 PRIVATE SEWER SYSTEMS.
   Where a public sanitary sewer or combined sewer is not available under the provisions of § 53.23, the building sewer shall be connected with a private disposal system complying with the regulations and orders of the SWRC and the City Manager and the provisions of Chapter 150 of this code.
