§ 53.23 SEWER CONNECTION REQUIRED.
   The owner of all houses, buildings or properties used for human occupancy, employment, recreation, or other purposes situated within the city and abutting on any street, alley, right-of-way, or public utility easement in which there is now located or may in the future be located a public sanitary or combined sewer of the city is required at his own expense to install suitable toilet facilities therein and to connect such facilities directly to the public sewer in accordance with the provisions of this chapter within 90 days after date of the official notice to do so has been issued by the City Manager, provided that the public sewer is located within a public easement contiguous to and not further than 200 feet from any such houses, buildings, structures, or properties.
