§ 90.061 CAT NUISANCE.
   (A)   It shall be a violation of this chapter for an owner to allow his or her cat(s) to engage in any of the acts listed in § 90.060 on more than one occasion.
   (B)   The owner and the cat shall be subject to the sanctions, penalties, fines, and remedies stated in § 90.999(E).
