(A) Scope. The provisions of §§ 70.01 through 70.06, 71.01 through 71.99, and 152.01 through 152.99, relate exclusively to the streets, alleys, and private roads in the city, and the operation and parking of vehicles refer exclusively to the operation and parking of vehicles upon such streets, alleys, and private roads.
(B) Orders of a peace officer. It is a misdemeanor for any person to willfully fail, or refuse, to comply with any lawful order, or direction, of any peace officer invested by law with authority to direct, control, or regulate traffic.
