§ 131.36 LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER DIRECTIVE.
   If a law enforcement officer has probable cause to believe that any individual, or individuals, in a gathering have committed specified offenses, or specified behaviors, the law enforcement officer may direct the members of the gathering to leave the Downtown Business District.
