§ 117.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates, or requires, a different meaning.
   BED AND BREAKFAST ESTABLISHMENT. A business, usually established in buildings originally constructed for residential purposes, which provides lodging and breakfast for tourists or travelers.

§ 117.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It is unlawful for any person to keep, or maintain, a bed and breakfast establishment without first having obtained a license from the city.

§ 117.03 RESTRICTION.
   Before issuing a bed and breakfast license, the city may require compliance with certain safety, zoning, and other regulations dictated by the unique character of the property on which it is proposed to operate a bed and breakfast establishment.
