When an urban renewal plan has been prepared, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall transmit such plan to Council, together with a feasible method for the temporary relocation of the families which will be displaced from the project area, and estimates of the total costs of the urban renewal of the project area. The Commission shall either approve or disapprove the urban renewal plan. In the event of disapproval, the Commission shall communicate its reasons therefor to Council. (Ord. 1966-39. Passed 2-15-66.)
