In residential districts, as set forth in the Zoning Code, the following regulations shall apply: In residential areas, i.e. areas zoned residential or which are subject to a legal residential uses in existing commercial or industrial districts, the following regulations apply:
(a) No retail or wholesale sales or commercial storage of L.P.G. tanks shall be permitted in residential areas. This is not meant to restrict the delivery of L.P.G. for permitted uses.
(b) The storage or use of tanks containing L.P.G. is prohibited in dwellings including the basement and enclosed porches, and any other habitable building and in automobiles, trucks, buses, self-propelled recreation vehicles, campers and recreational trailers, except pre-filled of no more than two and one half pounds water capacity (nominal one pound L.P.G. capacity), and except as permitted in Section 1503.07(c), (d) and (e) above.
