1321.10 BUILDING INSPECTOR TO ISSUE CITATIONS.

(a) The Building Inspector is hereby given the power and authority to issue citations for violations of all building and housing codes within the City.

(b) The Building Inspector's designates are hereby given the power and authority to issue on-site citations for violations of the following sections of the Codified Ordinances: 1323.01, 1327.01, 1327.02 and 1327.03. (Ord. 1986-169. Passed 8-9-86.)
