The following uses are permitted for contributing or non-contributing structures, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions which shall take into consideration the public health, safety and welfare, and the comfort and convenience of the general public and residents of the immediate neighborhood, as provided for in Chapter 1191 of this Zoning Code.
(a) Single-family attached dwellings.
(b) Apartment buildings.
(c) Schools, libraries or museums.
(d) Clubs, lodges and community centers.
(e) Charitable, fraternal and social organizations.
(f) For non-contributing buildings, retail businesses, business and professional services, and personal services as listed in Section 1148.02 (c), (d) and (e) of this Chapter.
(g) Churches, convents and monasteries.
(h) Utility service facilities to the extent necessary to serve surrounding areas.
