The service call fees provided in Section 951.11 shall be paid monthly in advance at the utility collection office on or before the due date set forth upon such billing statement. Any billing not paid within such period shall be subject to a penalty of ten percent (10%) of such bill. (Ord. 2019-44. Passed 6-4-19.)
