4-8-10: RE-SIDING AND RECONSTRUCTION:
Materials and practices used in reconstructions and re-siding shall be of standard quality and appearance commensurate with the character of other properties in the vicinity of the premises. Their appearance, as judged under prevailing appraisal practices and standards, shall not depreciate the value of the adjoining premises or the neighborhood. (Ord. 20-3, 713-2020)
