4-3-3: LIABILITY:
The city, the mayor, city council members and the inspector shall not be civilly liable for any acts or orders made or taken under this chapter in good faith. No inspection nor lack of inspection shall be the basis for the imposition of civil liability upon the city, the mayor, city council members or the inspector. (1975 Code)
