4-2-4: LIABILITY:
The city, mayor, city council members and inspector shall not be civilly liable for any acts or orders made or taken under this chapter in good faith. No inspection nor lack of inspection of gas piping or appliances shall be the basis for the imposition of civil liability upon the city, mayor, city council members or inspector. (1975 Code)
