A. Definition: The word "building", within the meaning of this section, shall include any house, store, building, barn, stable, billboard, stand or any other structure.
B. Erection Of Buildings: Any new buildings or rebuilding done on Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, block 21; Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, block 22; Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, block 31; Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, block 32 shall be done according to the following specifications and regulations:
C. No building for the storage or repairing of cars shall have other than noninflammable floors.
D. The side walls of any buildings shall be made of some noninflammable material (i.e. steel studs, concrete block or 5/8 or greater drywall).
