3-3-3: POWER TO INVESTIGATE, INSPECT:
The mayor, or any peace officer, city council member or health officer designated by the mayor shall have the power to inspect and investigate the purported conduct of any junk establishment, and such power shall include the right to go upon the premises of such establishment at all reasonable times. (Ord. 76, 7-9-1973; amd. 2004 Code)
