The license fee to be paid for maintaining a billiard or pool room within the city shall be the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) per year or part thereof where such billiard or pool room has but one pool or billiard table, seventeen dollars fifty cents ($17.50) per year or part thereof where such billiard or pool room has but two (2) pool or billiard tables and five dollars ($5.00) per year or part thereof for each additional pool or billiard table more than two (2), payable annually in advance on July 1 to the city clerk.
