2-1-9: REFUSE TO ASSIST:
It shall be unlawful to neglect or refuse to assist the firefighter, in their duties at any fire, when called upon to do so by the chief of the fire department or the officer acting in his place. (Ord. 25, 10-6-1930; amd. 1975 Code)
