2-1-4: VACANCIES:
All vacancies in the Fire Department shall be filled by the appointment by the Fire Department personnel, but the appointment of all new members shall be subject to the approval of the City Council. (Ord. 25, 10-6-1930; amd. 1975 Code; 2004 Code)
