The boundaries of the city shall be as follows:
the northeast quarter (NE1/4)of section 28; and the east half (E1/2) of the northwest quarter (NW1/4) of section 28; and east three-fourths (E3/4) of the north one-eighth (N1/8) of the southwest quarter (SW1/4) of section 28; and the south 530 feet of the east half (E1/2) of the west half (W1/2) of the northwest quarter (NW1/4) of section 28; and the south half (S1/2) of the north half (N1/2) of the northwest quarter (NW1/4) of section 27; and the north half (N1/2) of the south half (S1/2) of the northwest quarter (NW1/4) of section 27, all in township 88 north, range 19, west of the 5th P.M., Hardin County, Iowa, all as shown by the plat recorded in book 528, page 339 of the records of the Hardin County, Iowa, recorder.
