When a vehicle is standing on a roadway in such a manner that it is outside a parking space or the wheels nearest the curb are more than eighteen inches (18") from the curb it shall be termed "double parked". On streets without curbs, any vehicle parked within ten feet (10') of the centerline shall be termed "double parked". (Ord. 77, 9-4-1973)
