8-1-17-3: MANNER OF PARKING:
Unless otherwise authorized, no vehicle shall park upon any street unless the front wheel thereof shall be within eighteen inches (18") of the curb, and no vehicle shall stop in such a way as to obstruct the free passage of traffic on the street. (Ord. 77, 9-4-1973)
