8-1-16-2: PLACING SIGNS OR DEVICES:
It shall be the duty of the mayor or any person so designated by him to cause suitable stop signs or appropriate traffic control devices to be erected upon those streets which intersect through streets so designated by the city council. (Ord. 77, 9-4-1973)
